The Society of Mary met at St Thomas’s Church on Wednesday, April 30th, for Rosary and Benediction. Jessica Nee led a discussion on the second object of the Society which is to “spread devotion to (Mary) in reparation for past neglect and misunderstanding and in cause of Christian unity.” Michael Li provided a fantastic spread of food and wine. Fr Walter Hannam, rector of St Bartholomew’s Parish, Regent Park, brought the members of his parish’s Wednesday night education group to St Thomas’s and they joined us for Rosary and Benediction. Fr Hannam celebrated. Both groups look forward to worshipping together in the future.
